Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation, fees will be charged as indicated below.
For a cancellation:

+ 30 days before the date of stay 10% of the total reservation
from 21 to 30 days before the date of stay 40% of the total reservation
from 8 to 20 days before the date of stay 60% of the total reservation
from 0 to 7 days before the date of stay 100% of the total reservation

Any stay started is due in full.
Any reduction in the duration of the stay less than 30 days before the date of the start of the stay will not give rise to any reduction in the total amount.
